Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are packaged/processed within 2-5 business days when possible but our main processing day is Sunday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, packages may be delayed by a few days.

This does NOT include pre-orders.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by package weight and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Once the carrier has your package we are not in control of delivery dates/delays.

We Ship mainly with USPS

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages
We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
